物种对全球气候变化的响应；初级生产力与气候变化；温室气体减排与固碳固氮；生态补偿与政策法律基础。

会议录用的论文，将正式出版论文集，特别优秀的将推荐到国际刊物发表。

会议注册：

    参会代表须缴纳会议注册费：外宾：150美元；国内代表1000 元；学生600元（凭学生证注册）；注册费包含论文集、专业参观、会议交通、礼品、用餐、宴会等费用。随行人员注册费600元（含专业参观、会议交通、宴会、礼品等），无论文者也欢迎踊跃参会交流。

7月27日下午，前往赛罕乌拉国家级自然保护区和赛罕乌拉森林生态站考察。28日可在赛罕乌拉继续参加会后科学考察，也可28日中午以后从赤峰离会。

2.会后考察建议（由旅行社安排）

（1） 赛罕乌拉次生林区--锡林郭勒草原--乌拉盖湿地—大兴安岭宝格达山--阿尔山森林地热--乌拉浩特（森林、草原、湿地，4天）

（2） 罕山次生林区--克什克腾世界地质公园--克什克腾温泉--达里湖--浑善达克沙地--锡林郭勒草原--锡林浩特（森林、草原、湿地、沙地，3天）。

Species response to global climate change, primary productivity and climate change, greenhouse gas emission reduction and carbon and nitrogen fixation, payment for ecosystem services and policy decision.

The registration fee covers the proceedings, field excursion, inter-city transportation as well as meals.
